SRX24537045: RNA-seq of Drosophila melanogaster: mixed sex pool of L2s without Wolbachia
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 44.6M spots, 13.4G bases, 4Gb downloads

Design: Total RNA was extracted from rinsed, flash frozen pools of L2 larvae using the Monarch Total RNA Miniprep Kit (New England Biolabs) including on-column DNase treatment. RNA-seq libraries were prepared by Novogene Co, Ltd. and followed a standard strand-specific Illumina-compatible preparation (New England Biolabs) including purification of mRNA using oligo-dT beads.
